 After Passing the AHIT (American Home Inspectors Training) course, and the requirements to become a Internachi member Member CPI-16090638, I was then required to take the State license exam approved by the State of Florida Dept. of Business & Professional Regulation who issued the License number HI-10022. Soon thereafter I became a member of the Florida Association of Building inspectors following these more comprehensive standards for inspections and report writing. I am required by law to maintain my license requirements following Florida Administrative Code and Florida Administrative Register 61-30, as well as continuing education guidelines per state licensing requirements.
